The window from the lounge faces south and has the benefit of the sun most of the day. From the rear of the lounge french doors lead out onto a small patio area and from there to the very large rear garden with its garden furniture which you are quite welcome to use. The bedroom area... ...leads off of the lounge and provides a cosy intimate area for two again it is South facing with the benefit of the sun most of the day. The same view across the open fields to the sea wall is from the bedroom. There is a double bed with a quality mattress which will be made up for your arrival. There is also a radio/CD player and a hair dryer and the whole area is also close carpeted. There is a fully tiled shower room... ...with toilet and wash hand basin. It has a very efficient electric heater and an extractor fan. The cottage has the benefit of electric heaters in most rooms and being recently refurbished has been insulated to the highest standards, so you are sure of being warm and cosy whatever the weather. ............................................................................................................................
